I am shopping for a Tractor and never hear much about the B2100. Seems most talk is about the B7300, B2400, and the B2710. Why would anyone buy the B2100?

I just bought a 2100 this spring, and love it. The 2100 has power steering, the 7300 doesn't,this makes it easy for my wife to use, especially the loader. Also the 3 point hitch is different than the 7300. As for the 2400 if you have the $ get one, I'msure it's a great machine too. I happened to get a good deal on the 2100 with a trade soI took it. ....

I bought a B1700 over the 2100 or 2400 simply because of money. There had to be a limit drawn somewhere, and for me even though I was spending $13500, I just could not go the extra $1,300 for the 2100, or $1,800 for the 2400. What I don't understand is why there is such a great jump in price from the 1700 to the 2100? Is the motor that much more expensive, or do they raise the price just because they can??? Regardless, buy the most B series you can afford, and enjoy- mine is a dream.Paul ....

What attachments did you get for $13,500? I was quoted $12,800 for a B1700 w/60"mid mower. I'm still debating between 7300/1700 and used vs. new. ....
